Sound Tech
If you would like to be a sound technician, we would love to have you! Techs are payed 50 dollars for teching one “small show” and 75 for a “big show”, plus overtime if applicable. In other words, you get payed to go see bands play, hang out with the band, and help them get their sound going.
Training sessions will be held once per quarter (interest permitting), and after attending a training session you will be asked to “shadow” a more experienced tech at least once before getting a show of your own. If you already have live sound experience, we will let you skip all that stuff.
Either way, please email Adam Pearson (with a brief summary of your live sound experience, if any) so you can be added to our list of available technicians, and he’ll get back to you with more info.
