P.A. Rentals

If you would like to rent a PA system for your student group or organization event, please submit an e-mail request to Sean Holbert (sholbert@stanford.edu).

  1. All requests must be made at least one week in advance; requests made any later cannot be guaranteed.
  2. You must provide your own means of transporting the equipment to and from the event location
  3. A sound tech will be provided to set up, take down, and moniter/mix the sound during the show.

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. Contact Name
  2. Contact E-mail
  3. Phone Number
  4. Name of event
  5. Specific location and address of event
  6. Specific dates and times equipment is needed
  7. Type of PA system needed:
    • Main PA Rental - $150 for up to 5 hours, +$15/extra hour
    • Small PA Rental for smaller shows - $100 for up to 5 hours, +$12/extra hour
  8. Any extra comments or special equipment needed (speaker stands, number of moniters needed, etc.). Please be as specific as possible.

All requests made at least one week in advance will receive a reply within 1-3 business days.
